Bodine Aluminum Makes Donation to Wellness Center

We had the public drawing at 3pm at Peoples Bank in Troy, Missouri.

Two representatives from Peoples Bank accounted for all 750 tickets. 620 sold and 130 unsold.

All sold Tickets were placed into the “ticket drum” under the supervision of a public audience - Nikki Watts (Wellness Center) and Leah Shocklee (neutral party – from city hall) placed the tickets in the drum.

Tickets drawn:

1. Knight of Columbus Ladies Auxiliary – Moscow Mills, Missouri.
2. Joyce Dowell – Troy, Missouri
3. Troy High School – (3 groups FBLA, FCCLA, TSA)

These three individuals and/or groups have been contacted and will report to Price-Gnade Ford Mercury in Moscow Mills, Missouri at 11am on Saturday March 4.

• There will be three identical keys.
• The winners will be allowed to choose their key in the order their ticket was drawn in the March 1st drawing.
• The key that starts the Mustang will be determined as the Grand prize winner. The two remaining winners will choose between two envelopes. In one envelope will be a certificate for a total room makeover, in the other envelope will be a certificate for a trip for two to Hawaii. The remaining contestant whose name was drawn first in the March 1st drawing will be allowed to choose an envelope or defer to the other contestant.

The Grand Prize winner of the Mustang or $20,000 cash will drive a 2006 mustang to Harry J’s Restaurant in Moscow Mills, Missouri for a Steak lunch for up to four (4) guests.

Come out and join us for an exciting wrap up to a hugely successful fundraiser for the Lincoln County Wellness Center. While we were short of our goal of 750 tickets we still raised monies that will allow for our Center to operate in its current location for approximately the next 7 months.

Other avenues of funding for long and short term sustainability are being explored currently by staff of Preferred Family Healthcare and key members of the Lincoln County Community.

An accurate figure of monies raised for the Wellness Center should be available by next week, after prizes and some minimal expenses have been accounted for.
