Winners announced
These rules govern the Winter Wellness Warm-Up Raffle and by purchasing
a raffle ticket you agree to be bound by these rules.
1 You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a Winter Wellness
Warm-Up Raffle ticket and to participate in this raffle.
2 The purchase price for one raffle ticket is $100.
3 No more than 750 tickets will be sold. All sales are final.
4 Only one name may be entered on a ticket. If more than one name is
entered, the person named first will be deemed the winner. Division
of a prize by a group purchasing a Ticket shall be the sole
responsibility of the person named as the winner. Altered tickets will
be disqualified and declared invalid.
5 How To Purchase: Tickets may be purchased from the following
locations and organizations: Troy Kiwanis, Troy Rotary, All six (6)
Peoples Bank locations, Price-Gnade Ford, Troy Furniture & Carpet,
Cannon Companies, Bella Vita Salon, and Bank of America in Troy,
Missouri.
6 Raffle tickets must be purchased by February 28, 2006. A drawing
will take place on March 1, 2006 to determine the three winning
tickets. Winner(s) need not be present to win at the first drawing.
Winners of the first drawing must appear in person or by a
representative at a second drawing on March 4, 2006 at 11:00 AM at
Price-Gnade Ford in Moscow Mills, Missouri. This drawing will
determine who will receive 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prizes of the raffle.
7 The person or representative must bring two forms of Identification
to this drawing or else forfeit his/her chance to win.
Any drawing may be postponed in such event a new date, place, and time
will be determined and announced.
8 Winner of the Mustang will assume responsibility for all licensing,
registration, title, license plate,
dealer shipping, and all other fees, and State and Federal taxes.
9 Trip to Hawaii prize is subject to certain blackout dates and must
be utilized by winner in the calendar year of 2006.
10 If fewer than 300 tickets have been sold by February 28, 2006 none
of the prizes would be available. Prizes would be as follows: 1st, 2nd,
and 3rd prize would be a cash prize equal to 30%, 15%, and 5% of total
proceeds of the ticket sales less expenses incurred.
11 Purchases of the raffle tickets are not tax-deductible contributions.
12 As previously stated above, the first drawing will determine the
three grand-prize winners. On the second drawing, the three
winners will be given the opportunity to start a 2006 Mustang. The
first person drawn in the first contest will have first choice of
key selection. Only one of three keys will start the car. The person
who starts the car first will win that prize.
The second and third prize winners will be determined in a final
drawing.
13 The Mustang winner may chose a cash prize of $20,000 instead of the
auto.
14 All prizes may be upgraded at the prize winners expense.
15 The trip to Hawaii and Furniture prizes have no cash value.
