Second Incentive Drawing!
The Lincoln County Wellness Center's "Winter Wellness Warm up Raffle" held its second incentive drawing on January, Friday the 27h at People's Bank in Elsberry. The lucky ticket drawn received their entry fee of $100 dollars back and their ticket was resubmitted into the drawing for the Grand Prizes.
Deadline for being entered into the 3rd incentive drawing is February 8, 2006. The raffle officially ends on February 28, 2006. 1st prize - 2006 Mustang or 20,000 cash, 2nd prize 5000 dollar total room makeover, third prize is trip for two to Hawaii.
